The Shieldmaidens Strength and Fitness Team is committed to helping everyone, especially women over 40, discover and develop strength and confidence through personalised programming and coaching.

PAULINE HONG

OWNER AND PERSONAL TRAINER

After 23 years as a secondary school teacher, Pauline decided to change gears and to move into strength training coaching, Having herself experienced many benefits of strength training. 

 

over a number of years, Pauline realised that strength training is a vital skill and pastime to develop especially as a middle-aged woman. The ability to remain physically strong, capable and confident in both mind and body is a key to future-proofing one's later years. 

Having had decades of experience in teaching and assessing in education, Pauline is able to create highly personalised plans and can assist in reaching specific goals.

 

Pauline hopes for many others to experience and foster this optimism and resilience, through strength training.
